Do you want to work at the intersection of advanced technology and business – where your expertise makes a real difference in the industry's most demanding processes? Provexa Technology is now looking for a technical salesperson who can take overall responsibility for the sales of projects and consulting services in chemical surface treatment.
About the roleThis is not a traditional sales role. You will work as a technical advisor, problem solver, and business partner to customers in sectors such as manufacturing, marine, and defense industries.
You will analyze customer processes, identify needs related to corrosion protection, surface finish, lifespan, and environmental requirements, and sell the right solution in the form of projects, technical consultation, and specialist support.
Your main responsibilitiesTechnical advice: In-depth needs analysis of the customer's processes and requirements in chemical surface treatment.
Solution and project sales: Selling consulting services, project support, and technical development efforts – not standard products.
Proactive sales & relationship building: Long-term work with industrial customers where trust and technical credibility are crucial.
Quality and requirement responsibility: Ensure that proposed solutions meet applicable industry standards, quality requirements, and environmental legislation.
Internal collaboration: Close dialogue with technical specialists and consultants to deliver the right solution to each customer.
We are looking for someone who is technically strong, business-driven, and confident in advisory dialogues at a high level.
You likely have:
Experience as a technical salesperson, project salesperson, product specialist, or technical consultant
Deep understanding of chemical surface treatment, materials, processes, and industrial requirements
Ability to translate complex technology into business benefits
Experience in sales to industrial environments
A structured approach and high quality awareness
You sell knowledge, not volume
You work with technically advanced and business-critical assignments
You will have significant responsibility and trust
You will become a key person in the customers' development and improvement work
A company with high technical standards, strong reputation, and clear specialist focus
